He is also protesting the fact that non essential businesses were shut down during the Covid 19, Coronavirus, China Virus pandemic. He is refusing to wear PPE, personal protective equipment which is a face mask in protest of the government emergency order 20-21 mandate. This was shortly after the death of George Floyd having his neck crushed by a rogue police officer. #blacklivesmatter #blm was also at this protest showing support and outrage toward the cops.

Man with a "Fire Bertha" and a man holding a sign "Open the Meetings to the Public" are both demanding that the public hearing room be open to the public during the China Virus Pandemic. The public was locked out of the meetings physically, but were able to call in to be heard. The commision meetings are also being held on television, cable TV and on the internet via Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/BrowardCountyGovernment and Vimeo.
